FSA and HSA Accounts

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) are accounts you can use to pay for healthcare-related expenses. 

While individual plans vary, most FSA and HSA accounts allow you to use your flex spending for the following eyecare services:

1. Prescription Eyeglasses
2. Prescription Sunglasses
3. Contacts
4. Contacts Fittings
5. Eye Exams
6. Office Visits (Medical Related)
7. 
   

In general, flex dollars have to be used before your current healthcare coverage period ends – typically on December 31st every year and are affiliated with a major credit card.
